Day 6 - Raw in 28 Days - Raw Cracker Recipe - Raw Food Journey with Holly Jo
Using the almond pulp from the milk we prepared the other day, here is a cracker recipe to make dehydrated crackers. After making the almond milk, I stored the almond pulp in the freezer to use for today. The recipe is from Absolutely Abeba's Edible Treats Book on More Krazy Krackers and Kookies without Nuts. This recipe would also be good as a spread on a cracker, tastes very similar to tuna salad. In my You Tube video, I substituted green bell pepper for the red bell pepper and the almond pulp for the almond nuts. I also used parchment paper in place of the teflex sheets for my dehydrator. Raw Win! ~Holly Jo
