Day 7 - Raw in 28 Days with Holly Jo
Here is a great way to give yourself an energy boost at the start of your day! Make a green smoothie. Here is my recipe for winter.... Bananas, rainbow chard, 2 or 3 dates, asian coconut (scrape inside and use coconut water), vanilla, and a pinch of pink himalayan salt. Add water and/or ice as needed. Cheers!

Rocket Launch (Raw kit Lunch!)
Lunch with Holly! February 21, 2014!
If you can give yourself a little success, you can move on to bigger ones! I am advocating for a eating whole foods, that are not processed,
and mostly prepared by you. There are so many highly processed foods, it is easy to neglect our health. If I can give you one motivation a day, I figure that will keep me on track too. :) Here is my salad today!

Take Back the Tap!
I support drinking tap water because many cities have high quality water and it is up to us to ensure that we continue to get the best. Why support bottled water and purifers when we really need to support the quality of our pubilic water system. Check out Elizabeth Royte and Bottlemania drinking New York tap water.
